In 1989 Jack Corper founded SpringHouse Window & Door on the premise that there was a better way to sell, install, and service home improvements and in particular windows and doors. Jack selected SpringHouse as the first location to start his dream. His gut feeling about the area paid off with many years of success and increasing sales. In 1997, with a rapidly growing business, Jack met Rich Owens a customer with experience in the window industry. They formed a partnership that turned in to an even more successful foundation for a bigger and better SpringHouse Window & Door. After several years of successful growth, additional installers and key inside staff were obtained in preparation for the expansion of SpringHouse Window & Door.

Walt Jones, a Marvin territory representative, developed a relationship with Jack and Rich and the SpringHouse organization that in 2001 lead to the opening of the first satellite SpringHouse Window & Door in the mainline area of the city in the Paoli West Shopping Center. Walt, running that location as the owner and managing partner, has enjoyed several years of growth and success.

It worked once why not try it again. Eric Younger took over from Walt as the sales representative for Super Enterprises the Marvin distributor in our area. Once again after years of servicing SpringHouse Window & Door, Eric in 2005 became the owner and managing partner of our newest and largest location in Chadds Ford, PA. After only a short time this location has become a huge success and boasts the largest showroom in the Delaware Valley.

SpringHouse Window & Door is still growing and increasing our market share in the area by doing the same things that have made us successful for years: Factory trained expert installation, a professional sales staff with an understanding that our number one goal is and will always be “customer satisfaction”.
